We are madly packing and getting the RV ready. It’s almost time to leave home, only 2 more days until we leave beautiful San Diego for another adventure in our 26 ft home away from home. Departure is EARLY Tuesday morning, June 22nd. We’ve stopped the newspaper, made arrangements for the cat and have our trusty laptop ready to go with us. Our plan is to be gone for three months – not much time for a 10,000 road trip. We will be towing my brand new Honda CRV and I am a little nervous about that but that’s one reason why we bought it, so we’ll hope we don’t ruin the transmission, etc. Along the way our plan is to visit many states as we head for the Great Lakes area, the north eastern US and finally through the Canadian Provinces of New Brunswick and Nova Scotia. The return trip will include Boston and Cape Cod (new sites to me) as we trek homeward bound.
Our first stop will be Sam’s Town, Las Vegas…We will not have any internet there becaue all the casino rv parks want is for us to gamble and eat, so you will hear from us when we have wifi and time to say a few words………..
